Packaging Regulatory Business Partner

As a Packaging Regulatory Business Partner, you will steer packaging compliance across our European food portfolio, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support Kellanova’s business priorities, innovation pipeline, and environmental goals. Based at our MediaCity office in Manchester, this hybrid role combines home and office working, with occasional travel across Europe. You will join the Regulatory + Nutrition function.

Joining at a pivotal time of regulatory change, you will turn emerging packaging legislation into clear, actionable business requirements. Working closely with colleagues across R&D, Packaging, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability, Legal, and Commercial, you will help keep our packaging portfolio compliant while enabling business growth and advancing our sustainability ambitions.

From advising stakeholders on the impact of new legislation, including the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), to introducing compliance frameworks and delivering training across the business, no two days will be the same. As a trusted regulatory expert, you will influence strategic decisions and help shape the future of packaging compliance across Europe.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
