Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Packaging Sales Consultant. The Packaging Sales Consultant will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote Shape 3D Limited’s branded packaging solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing tailored proposals and quotations, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs. The consultant will conduct virtual sales meetings and product presentations, manage the sales pipeline, and track performance against targets. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market research, forecasting, and providing feedback on customer trends to support continuous improvement of solutions and services.

  • Strong background in B2B sales, preferably within packaging, print, or related manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling, account management, and relationship building with diverse business clients.
  • Ability to understand packaging solutions, including bespoke and sustainable options, and explain technical features in clear commercial terms.
  • Experience in remote selling, including video meetings, digital presentations, and use of CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecasts.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at different levels.
  • Competence in basic data analysis and reporting to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and self-organization skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends and environmentally responsible packaging solutions is an advantage.
  • Previous experience collaborating with design, production, or operations teams to deliver customer projects is beneficial.
  • A relevant qualification in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
