Job Title: Packaging Technologist

Location: UK (remote)
Full time

About Us

Kendamil is one of the world’s fastest-growing infant nutrition brands, trusted by parents in 50+ countries and proudly made in the UK. From our home in the Lake District, we are taking British-made infant nutrition to families across the globe. Our award-winning products are stocked by major retailers including Target, Walmart, Boots, and Tesco, and with ambitious international expansion and exciting new product categories ahead, this is a fantastic time to join us.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Packaging Development Technologist to join our fast-growing team and help shape the packaging behind one of the world’s most exciting infant nutrition brands. This is more than a packaging coordination role — you’ll have the opportunity to turn ideas into reality, supporting new packaging concepts, artwork, formats, and innovations from development through to launch.

Working closely with our Packaging Development team and wider R&D team, you’ll collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and co-packers to develop packaging that is innovative, practical, compliant, and increasingly sustainable. From exploring new materials and technologies to supporting factory trials and global product launches, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing the packaging behind our award-winning infant milks and cereals, enjoyed by families around the world. If you’re curious about packaging, passionate about innovation, and want to see your work make a real-world impact, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow with Kendamil.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
