Are you a packaging expert who loves turning ideas into innovative, efficient and production-ready solutions? We’re looking for a Packaging Technologist to join our team in Bishop’s Stortford, playing a key role in shaping packaging from concept and technical drawings right through to successful production.

You’ll be the go-to expert for packaging, working closely with Marketing, Operations, suppliers and production teams to:
- Lead end-to-end packaging development
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Improve quality, efficiency and cost
- Troubleshoot and solve packaging challenges
- Champion compliance, safety and packaging standards
- Support trials and deliver successful first-pass production runs
- Build strong relationships across internal and external teams
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a packaging role within the food industry
- A degree in Packaging, Packaging Design or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of packaging processes, printing and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A confident communicator with real passion for packaging innovation
- Someone who is energetic, collaborative, curious and commercially minded
