Are you an experienced Packer looking for a stable, permanent role with an established manufacturing business? Do you take pride in packing products safely, accurately, and to the highest standards?
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Packer to join our Packing Team in Severn Beach, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team where your contribution directly impacts customers around the world.
As a key member of the Materials Handling team, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for global export, ensuring they arrive safely and in perfect condition. You'll also help manage packaging stock levels and provide support across the department when required.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
The Role
As a Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Packing & Export Operations
- Packing products to company standards, ensuring goods arrive with customers undamaged.
- Maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
- Monitoring packaging material stock levels and updating the Team Leader on future requirements.
- Loading shipments onto vehicles for onward transportation.
- Ensuring all packing activities meet secure cargo requirements.
- Processing Return to Vendor (RTV) requests.
- Supporting other areas of the Materials Handling department as required.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a packing or warehouse environment
- Computer literate and comfortable working with systems
- A clear and effective communicator
- Able to work accurately and efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting items up to 25kg
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Committed to maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Focused on delivering excellent internal and external customer service
Desirable
- FLT (Forklift Truck) Licence
