We have an exciting opportunity for a Packing & Dispatch Assistant to join our Marketing team based on-site in our Central Support Office in Lasswade. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to support our Marketing department with the printing and preparation of materials for our stores. No specific skills or experience required; just a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in. This is a practical, post-room style role that keeps our store campaigns running smoothly week to week.
Responsibilities
- Printing marketing and campaign materials for our stores
- Cutting materials to size
- Sorting items by store or campaign
- Packing materials ready for dispatch
- Moving completed packs downstairs ready for collection
- Prepping materials and stock for the following week's campaign
Who We Are Looking For
- Someone hard-working and reliable
- Careful and detail-oriented when handling and cutting marketing materials
- Comfortable with repetitive, physical tasks
- Available all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for the full 4–6 week period
