CONTRACT TYPE: 12-month fixed contract
HOURS OF WORK: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (working 2 days, 2 nights). Average of 42 hours per week
SALARY: Fixed weekly pay of £627.48 £1.50 per hour when working night shifts.

About the Company
Hargreaves Industrial Services provide a materials handling service to our client at CF Fertilisers in Stockton on Tees. We provide a service that covers the bagging, internal transport and loading of around 500,000 tonnes of fertilisers per year.

The Role

The role briefly encompasses the following:
Warehouse operations
- Forklift Truck licence and operating Forklift Trucks to load wagons
- Operating bagging plant machine to create bulk bags of raw material
- Loading of outbound HGV's
- Completing paperwork
- Carrying out inspections and audits
- Joining in team briefings and safety meetings
Housekeeping
- Unloading empty bag pallets from Containers / wagons
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/ attributes:
- Competent in all operational areas to aid and improve teamwork
- Willing to learn new skills and undergo new training requirements
- Excellent paperwork and documentation skills
- Reliable and willing to be flexible
- Ability to think fast and adapt to quickly changing circumstances
- Good attitude, polite and good communicator
- Health and Safety experience preferred but training will be given for the right candidate
- Highly Motivated and willing to learn new skills
- A team player, able to work alongside others but also work alone
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
- Full UK driving licence
