Job Description
Packing Operative - Great Opportunity!
Kinetic Recruitment are currently looking for Packing Operatives to join a busy and well-established team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing a good job. Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a packing, production, or warehouse environment would be an advantage.

The Role
As a Packing Operative, your duties will include:
- Packing products ready for dispatch
- Labelling products accurately
- Checking products and packaging for quality
- Ensuring orders are packed correctly and to the required standard
- Carrying out general operative duties as required
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Have good attention to detail
- Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety
Previous experience within packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse work would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided.
What's On Offer?
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Friday working
- 8:20am - 4:30pm
- Full-time hours
- Training provided
