What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you'll play an important part in making sure our products are packed safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards. You'll follow our GMP and SOP requirements, keep equipment clean and well-maintained, and help us create a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
You'll take part in ongoing training and, as your confidence grows, you'll also support others by sharing your knowledge and helping new team members learn the ropes. You'll work closely with your Line Lead and Packing Specialists, raising any issues quickly and helping to resolve problems so production runs smoothly.
Keeping our workplace clean, safe and compliant will be a big part of your day, and you'll play an active role in spotting hazards, improving processes and supporting our Operational Excellence initiatives. Above all, you'll live our Dechra values and help create a positive, supportive team culture.

What's the interview process?
Typically, you'll receive an initial phone call from the recruitment team to understand more about you and your current work situation. Most of our roles have a two-stage interview process (MS Teams and a face-to-face interview). We may ask you to complete a personality questionnaire ahead of time so that we can learn a little more about you ahead of the interview.
Our interview style is conversational and friendly. In addition to this, we always look for competency-based, structured answers to our questions, so feel free to prepare ahead of the interview.
