Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time
Shifts: AM and PM shifts available

We’re Hiring – Packing Team Leader
Willa Foods produces high-quality fresh meals for our own consumer brand and other food businesses across the UK. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a hands-on Packing Team Leader to lead a small team on our busy food production packing line.
This role is all about people, pace, and standards.
You’ll work alongside the team, making sure everyone knows what they need to do, keeping the line moving efficiently, and ensuring every meal meets our quality standards. We’re looking for someone with natural leadership skills who isn’t afraid to get involved, motivate people, and take responsibility for their team’s performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a small packing team
- Setting the pace and keeping the team focused
- Making sure packing targets and production schedules are achieved
- Ensuring meals are packed accurately and to specification
- Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene
- Organising people effectively across the packing line
- Training and supporting new team members
- Identifying bottlenecks and resolving them quickly
- Communicating issues and progress to the Production Manager
- Leading by example and working alongside the team when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading people in food production, manufacturing, packing, or a similar fast-paced environment
- A confident, positive leader who can motivate a team
- Comfortable holding people accountable to standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Able to work at pace and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, hardworking, and hands-on
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
