Exciting New Temp Role

Exciting new temp role to start immediately supporting the MD of this leading international Talent Agency focussing on Fashion/Beauty/Creative. If you have prior exposure in this space and top notch admin/communication skills then this busy, varied and rewarding role could be your next forever role.

Our client works with an exciting roster of creative talent across fashion, beauty, entertainment and celebrity, including leading hair and make-up artists, stylists, influencers and other creative talent.

Whilst previous agent assistant experience would be advantageous, we’re much more interested in finding someone with bags of motivation, strong administration or coordination experience and excellent organisation/people skills with some previous exposure to the Beauty / Make-Up / Fashion world.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the Managing Director and wider team, you’ll help keep artist bookings, schedules and projects running smoothly. Duties will include:

  • Coordinating artist bookings, diaries and schedules
  • Liaising with artists, clients and industry contacts by phone and email
  • Managing changing priorities, appointments and project information
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for artists
  • Preparing estimates, deal memos and booking documentation
  • Maintaining and updating databases and internal records
  • Supporting billing and administration around completed jobs
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries professionally
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the MD and team
  • Keeping on top of multiple deadlines and anticipating what needs doing next

What You Will Bring

You’ll be someone who is naturally organised, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys making things happen behind the scenes.

✨ Strong admin, coordination or team support experience ✨ Previous exposure to Beauty, Make-Up, Fashion or the wider creative industries ✨ Excellent diary, scheduling and organisational skills ✨ Strong written and verbal communication ✨ Confidence dealing with lots of different personalities and stakeholders ✨ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities ✨ A proactive, resourceful approach – you spot what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked ✨ A friendly, polished and professional manner ✨ Discretion and confidence working closely with senior leadership

French would be a bonus, but definitely isn’t essential.

Location

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role based fully on-site in Central London and would suit someone who already has a solid admin/coordination foundation and wants to bring those skills into the fashion, beauty and creative talent world.📍 London – on-site only
