Bradshaws Padel

We are looking for an experienced Padel Club Manager/Coach to head up our new Padel Club. The Club comprises 4 x uncovered Courts and a Clubhouse. The Club shares the site with Bradshaws Farm Shop, A Deli/Cafe, Childrens Day Nursery and Pilates Studio.

Summary

The Club will be opening in August 2026 and will operate on a pay and play model using Playtomic. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving court utilisation, delivering coaching and dealing with the day to day running of the club.

Responsibilities

Off Peak Revenue Generation

Primary focus: Drive off-peak court utilisation

  • Develop and execute strategies to fill daytime and early evening slots
  • Create attractive off-peak packages and promotions
  • Track and report on occupancy improvements
  • Earn £4 per hour commission on all off-peak doubles court bookings you generate - direct reward for your success!

Community Vibe & Atmosphere

  • Be the face of The Bradshaws Padel Club whilst having a welcoming energy
  • Host social events, mini-tournaments, and "taster sessions"
  • Manage and grow our WhatsApp community groups

Operations Support

  • Ensure excellent customer experience during peak times
  • Be "on-call" to help with any keypad entry issues / booking related enquiries
  • Handle basic court maintenance and equipment management
  • Manage booking queries and resolve customer issues
  • Support membership sign-ups and renewals
  • Ideally run 14 hours of classes during the week. We can hire professionals to support this if needed.

  • Base Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (based on experience)
  • Commission: £4 per hour on all off-peak doubles court revenue you generate
  • Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum (including bank holidays)
  • Sick Pay: Statutory Sick Pay as per UK employment law
  • Pension: Auto-enrolment pension scheme with employer contributions
  • Notice Period: 1 month during probationary period, 3 months thereafter
