Padel Social House is a dedicated padel venue focused on creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Located in Northampton, the facility offers quality courts, coaching programs, and social events that encourage both performance and enjoyment of the sport. The team is committed to growing the local padel community by providing professional guidance and accessible training opportunities. Role Description
The Padel Coach will deliver high-quality coaching sessions to individuals and groups, helping players develop technical skills, tactical awareness, and overall fitness.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Planning and leading training sessions
- Providing constructive feedback
- Adapting coaching methods to suit different ages and abilities
- Supporting beginners and advanced players
- Organizing drills
- Contributing to match play coaching and small competitions
Additional duties include:
- Ensuring a safe playing environment
- Maintaining equipment standards
- Supporting community events and social activities at the venue
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Padel Social House in Northampton.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated padel or racket-sport coaching experience, with strong knowledge of padel techniques, rules, and tactics.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training plans for individuals, small groups, and juniors with varied skill levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate players, provide clear instruction, and build positive relationships.
- Commitment to player safety and wellbeing, including awareness of basic injury prevention and safe-training principles.
- Relevant coaching certifications in padel, tennis, or other racket sports are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet player and program needs.
- Experience in organizing events, clinics, or small tournaments is an advantage.
- Positive, professional attitude and willingness to contribute to the growth of the padel community in Northampton.
