At World Padel Academy (WPA), we are passionate about growing the game of padel and delivering world-class coaching experiences to players of all ages and abilities. As we continue to grow in the UK, we are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Padel Coaches to join our team at WPA Mansfield.

Job Summary

The Padel Coach will be based at WPA Mansfield and will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to WPA clients across different levels, including beginners, intermediate players, advanced players, and junior players.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of padel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual, group, junior, and corporate padel coaching sessions in line with WPA standards.
  • Assess players' abilities and structure sessions based on their level, objectives, and development needs.
  • Support the growth of WPA's coaching programmes, academies, camps, leagues, tournaments, and community events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings, packages, and long-term player development.
  • Ensure all coaching sessions are conducted safely, professionally, and on time.
  • Assist in identifying talented players and supporting their progression within WPA's player pathway.
  • Coordinate with the venue team on court bookings, scheduling, client feedback, and operational requirements.
  • Represent WPA professionally at all times and uphold the company's brand values and service standards.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and social media content when required.
  • Maintain coaching equipment and ensure courts are ready and suitable for training sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum two years of padel coaching experience.
  • Proven experience delivering coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate, advanced, and junior players, in both individual and group formats.
  • Proficiency with booking and scheduling systems (Playtomic, Padel Mates, or similar booking management platforms).
  • Ability to plan and deliver structured, engaging, and level-appropriate coaching sessions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and support long-term player retention.
  • Ability to promote coaching packages, academy programmes, camps, clinics, and private lessons to support revenue growth.
  • Clear, professional, and motivating communication style with players of different ages, levels, and backgrounds.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
  • Fluency in English is required.
