Padelsphere is looking for a self-employed padel coach.
We opened in August 2026 as Northumberland's first dedicated padel venue. Three panoramic courts, a licensed bar and cafe, infrared saunas, and AI match recording.
We now have more demand for coaching than we can meet. We are asked about beginner and junior lessons every single day and we currently have nobody to deliver them. That is the whole reason for this advert.
THE ROLE:
Self-employed, paid hourly. Not salaried, not full-time, no minimum commitment.
- Start with a handful of hours a week and grow it as fast as you want to
- We already have the pupils waiting, so there is no building a client base from scratch
- We are happy to work with more than one coach, and we are open to coaches who already work elsewhere and want to add sessions here

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
