Padel Community Lead - Brand New Padel Club

Chesterfield - 35 hours

£24k - plus benefits and coaching opportunities

Love Padel?

Want to turn your passion into a career?

We're looking for a Padel Community Lead to help launch our brand-new club in Chesterfield.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business at the very beginning of an exciting journey. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes padel, loves bringing people together and wants to play a key role in growing one of the UK's fastest-growing sports.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk.

You'll be on court, chatting to players, organising events, creating social media content, welcoming new members and building a club that people genuinely love being part of.

If you already have a padel coaching qualification, brilliant. If not, we'll invest in you by funding your qualification, giving you the opportunity to deliver private coaching sessions alongside your role and earn additional income.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different, but you'll spend your time:

  • Building an inclusive and welcoming padel community.
  • Being the face of the club and delivering an outstanding experience for every visitor.
  • Organising leagues, tournaments, social sessions and beginner events.
  • Creating engaging content across our social media channels.
  • Encouraging new players to pick up a racket and fall in love with the sport.
  • Looking after the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring the courts and facilities always look their best.
  • Growing participation and helping establish the club as the place to play padel in the local area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
