As Padel Duty Manager you will be the on-site leader for your shift, responsible for delivering exceptional operational standards, customer experience, and driving commercial performance across our brand new, state-of-the-art Padel courts currently under construction. Youāll ensure our players and guests feel welcome, engaged, and enjoy first-class service in a safe, dynamic environment.

š What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Padel centre during your shift: court bookings, equipment, cleanliness, health & safety, front-of-house activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to players, teams, and events guests
- Grow the Padel community: support events, tournaments, social sessions, and promotional activity to drive footfall and retention.
- Supervise and motivate the team members on shift
- Support commercial success: assist with sales of court time, ancillary products (e.g., racket hire/retail), and ensure shift targets are met.
- Handle health and safety, compliance, and facility standards
- Support promotional activities and community outreach

š§ What You Bring to the Squad:
- A genuine passion for Padel, racket sports, or sport more broadly - you should be enthusiastic, engaged, and enjoy being part of an active sporting community.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, leisure, sports, or retail; supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
- Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
- A ācustomer-firstā mindset, energetic attitude, and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and some public holidays, as is typical in sports venues.
- Comfortable with commercial targets, strong at initiating and supporting local promotional activity to build community engagement.
