🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily Padel operations — ensuring safe, smooth and high-quality experiences for all players.
- Grow participation through leagues, coaching, events and community partnerships.
- Support and motivate a talented team of coaches and assistants.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and handle queries with confidence.
- Drive local marketing and sales activity to hit participation and revenue targets.

🌟 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within sport, leisure or hospitality.
- Confident, people-focused and passionate about growing the game.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends.
- LTA Level 2 Padel Instructor qualification is desirable
- Experience running coaching programmes
