Job Description
Assistant Manager
Location: Padel People Corsham, 21 Leafield Way, Corsham SN13 9SW
Occasional cover at nearby sister sites where and when needed.
Hours
- 40 per week.
- 3 hours running classes on Monday and Tuesday.
- Every Saturday and Sunday with 6 hours each day running classes.
Pay
£30,000 per annum with the additional bonus of accessing our existing player base for private coaching.

Responsibilities

- Host social events & Tournaments
- Help grow our WhatsApp and social pages
- Welcome newcomers to make them feel part of the Padel People family
- Assist building relationships with businesses, sports clubs and schools.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Work with our head of marketing on local campaigns
- Provide insights for social media content
- Help create authentic, community-focused content
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle basic court/club maintenance
- Help manage booking queries and resolve customer issues
