New 8-court venue opening this autumn
We're opening a brand new Padel People venue in Wimborne: eight courts under one roof, and one of our biggest sites yet. We're looking for an Assistant Manager to help run it day to day, working alongside the General Manager to make it a brilliant place to play. It's a hands-on role for someone who can keep a busy venue running smoothly, look after members, and get on court themselves.
About Padel People
Padel People run premium padel venues across the UK, and we're growing fast. Wimborne is a new eight-court site (six doubles, two singles) with a social area, and it will be a real hub for padel in Dorset. You'll help open it and shape how it runs from day one.
The role
You're the General Manager's right hand and the person members see most. You'll keep the day-to-day running tight, cover the floor, and step in wherever needed, from sorting a booking to jumping on court to make up a game. When the GM is off, you're the one holding it together.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
