Mode Search are partnering with an established luxury fashion brand in their search for an experienced PA / EA to Creative Director.
This is a highly involved role supporting the Creative Director across both professional and personal commitments. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring an exceptionally busy schedule runs smoothly while keeping ahead of changing priorities.
Working closely with the senior leadership team and department heads, you will manage a complex diary, coordinate international travel, support key projects and events, and ensure clear communication across the wider business. The role requires someone who can anticipate needs, confidently resolve issues and operate with complete discretion.
The Role
- Manage a complex professional and personal diary, ensuring priorities are effectively balanced
- Act as a key point of contact, confidently managing and prioritising internal and external requests
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Manage inboxes, correspondence, expenses and day-to-day administration
- Prepare meetings, agendas, presentations and supporting documents
- Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure effective communication across the business
- Support business projects, managing timelines, actions and follow-ups to keep projects moving forward
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, company events and strategy days
- Support Fashion Week activity, including production coordination and event-day logistics
- Assist with private client appointments, PR events, launches and other key brand events
- Manage both business and personal correspondence, ensuring urgent matters are prioritised
- Coordinate personal travel, appointments, household requirements and occasional private events
- Build trusted relationships with personal contacts, suppliers and household teams
- Provide additional support across the wider business when required

Requirements
- Previous PA / EA experience supporting a Founder, Creative Director, CEO or senior executive
- Experience within luxury fashion, creative or another fast-paced environment would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional diary management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confident managing both professional and personal responsibilities
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate requirements and solve problems independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and teams across the business
- Calm and composed when managing changing or conflicting priorities
- Highly discreet and trusted when handling confidential information
- Flexible, proactive and comfortable working in a demanding environment
