Description
Eurosoft Tech Ltd is a growing technology company working with clients across many regions. We are looking for a capable, organised Personal Assistant to support our two Directors in a fast-paced environment. This is an office-based role in North West London (NW10).

Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per year
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and international travel across time zones
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and partners
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
- Anticipate needs and keep the Directors prepared and on track
- Handle confidential information with discretion
About you

- Proven experience as a PA, EA or senior administrator
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Office and calendar management skills
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Good judgement and attention to detail
- Existing right to work in the UK
