Job Description: Part-Time / Remote PA/EA to Founder

Company: RG2 (Public Relations)

Location: London-based (remote, with occasional in-person availability)

Type: Part-time, freelance/contractor — day rate, 2 days per week

Reports to: Founder

Start date: Immediate

About RG2

RG2 is an international public relations agency working with clients across hospitality, travel, and design. We're currently in the midst of an exciting rebrand and growth phase, and the Co-Founder is looking for an experienced, highly organized right hand to keep their day-to-day running smoothly.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time, remote Personal/Executive Assistant to support RG2's Founder directly. This is a trusted, close-working role — you'll be managing the Founder's time, inbox, and admin so they can work effectively as possible.

This role suits someone who has supported a senior leader or founder before, is comfortable working autonomously, and can anticipate needs before being asked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
