Paediatric Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care
North West London | Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days in the community)
Up to £55,000 | Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

A leading, nurse-led provider is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to support the delivery of high-quality care to children with complex needs across North West London. With continued growth across the region, this is a stable and progressive opportunity within a well-established organisation.
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of clinical oversight across a portfolio of paediatric packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care in the community. You will work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the ongoing development of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages
- Complete assessments, develop care plans, and conduct regular reviews
- Deliver training, competency assessments, and clinical supervision
- Build strong relationships with families, MDTs, and commissioners
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance and care delivery

Requirements
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with active NMC PIN
- Minimum 3 years UK experience in paediatric or community complex care
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a clinical setting
- Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
