We’re Hiring: Paediatric Clinical Lead

Pulse Nursing at home (Part of Acacium Group)

Permanent, Full Time + on call telephone support on a rota system
Field based in Reading with frequent travel in surrounding areas
£49,000-£53,000 + £3,000 car allowance

We’re looking for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join our team and manage a caseload of paediatric packages.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team.
  • Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals. Effectively communicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff.
  • Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
  • Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.

What we’re looking for:

  • An Paediatric nursing degree with an active NMC pin
  • Experience in complex or critical care with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
  • Experience managing clinical teams
  • Experience in a community setting
