Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
Location: Heywood, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £43,000 + bonus
Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children with complex care needs across the North West. This role offers a strong work–life balance with office and community-based work.

Role overview:
- Manage complex caseloads including adult packages
- Develop and review care plans
- Train and assess care staff
- Ensure clinical quality and compliance
- Review MAR charts and care documentation
- Build strong relationships with families and MDTs
Skills needed:
- Airway management including tracheostomy care
- Ventilation management
- Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ/NG)
Experience with neurological or spinal conditions is beneficial.

Requirements:
- NMC Pin with at least 2 years’ post qualification nursing experience
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Strong clinical judgement
- Flexibility to support regional packages
