About the Opportunity
Looking for flexible, rewarding paediatric OT work across London?
We're offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to carry out school-based EHCP assessments and intervention sessions on a self-employed basis.
This role is ideal for a therapist who can commit to a minimum of two weekdays' availability during school hours and is looking for consistent school-based work. You'll work independently, manage your own diary, and make a meaningful difference to children's participation, independence and wellbeing.
As an award-winning independent multidisciplinary therapy practice, we're passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care that helps children and young people reach their full potential. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for clinicians who share our values and want to grow with us.
We are a fully mobile service, delivering Occupational Therapy within schools and homes across London and the surrounding areas. There is no expectation of office-based working—just purposeful clinical work, flexibility and the autonomy to do what you do best.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
