Location: Maidenhead
Hours: 1 day per week (9:00am-3:00pm)
Contract: One school day per week for the full academic year, commencing September
Pay: £300 per day plus 55p per mile mileage reimbursement

The Role

You will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and hydrotherapy sessions for 7 children and young people aged 2-18 years with a range of additional needs. Working collaboratively with school staff, families and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver evidence-based interventions that support each child's physical development, independence and participation in school life.

About You

We're looking for a qualified Paediatric Physiotherapist who has:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience working with children and young people with additional needs
  • Previous experience delivering physiotherapy within special primary and/or secondary schools
  • Experience planning and delivering hydrotherapy programmes
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • The ability to work independently while building strong relationships with school staff and families
