Location: Chislehurst / Clinic-based

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent paediatric practice that is looking to create a position for the right Speech & Language Therapist. This is an opportunity to join a growing service where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while benefiting from regular supervision and support from an experienced Clinical Director.

Based in a modern multidisciplinary clinic in Chislehurst, you’ll work with children and young people aged 20 months to 18 years, supporting a wide variety of presentations including speech sound disorders, autism, ADHD, developmental language disorder, motor speech difficulties, and more complex neurodevelopmental needs.

Requirements – Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

  • Is HCPC registered and has experience working with children.
  • Has a genuine interest in neurodevelopmental conditions and complex communication needs.
  • Enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of their caseload.
  • Has excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships with children and families.
  • Is proactive, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.
