About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated nursing team. The role includes both working within the inpatient area and a busy Outpatient Dressings Clinic. This is a great opportunity to develop wound care skills as well as joining a team who deliver an excellent nurse-led service.

About the Ward

Peanut Ward is a regional referral centre for children who sustained minor to moderate burns injuries, as well as other types of trauma. The service also provides excellent care for children needing Maxillo-Facial and Ophthalmic treatment.

About the Trust

The QVH NHS Foundation Trust is an exceptional place to work with the whole organisation focused on the patient and quality care. We have a fantastic international reputation and are proud of our heritage as pioneers of plastic surgery.

With the opportunity and support to develop both professionally and personally we expect our nurses to actively contribute to our continued success. We received “outstanding” for care in our CQC report.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
