Paid Account Manager
Up to £40,000 | Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home | Permanent
An agency where the people genuinely make the difference. You spend a pretty big chunk of your life at work, so who you work with matters. A lot.
This is an agency where people are bright, ambitious and very good at what they do, but there are no big egos, no airs and graces and no office politics.
They help ambitious B2B brands grow through strategy, creative, digital and performance, bringing together great thinking, good design and data to make sure it actually works.
It’s a collaborative, down-to-earth team where opinions are welcomed, senior people are approachable and you’re trusted to get on with your job.
The role
Projects are integrated, but this role has a lean towards paid media. You’ll be the person clients trust to join the dots.
Working with strategists, creatives, developers and digital specialists, you’ll turn client objectives into clear, effective marketing plans across:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- SEO
- Content and creative
- Analytics
- User journeys and digital strategy
You’ll lead client conversations, shape strategy, challenge thinking and keep projects moving.
You don’t need to be a paid media or SEO guru. There are specialists around you who know their channels inside out. What matters is that you understand the principles, know what good looks like and can explain things clearly to clients.
Basically, you need to be able to have a sensible client conversation without reaching for the jargon bingo card.
What we’re looking for
You’ll probably have 2–4 years’ experience, agency or client-side, with a genuine understanding of digital marketing and how different channels fit together.
B2B experience is important, as is the confidence to talk to senior clients about their brands, customers and commercial objectives.
