Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Ads Executive. The Paid Ads Executive will:

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social networks.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research.
  • Set up and manage ad groups.
  • Monitor performance metrics.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI and reduce wasted spend.
  • Create compelling ad copy and assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to clients or stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Skills in pay-per-click management, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social campaign execution.
  • Skills in analytics and optimization, including data analysis, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Skills in digital marketing fundamentals, including understanding of SEO, remarketing, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaign strategy.
  • Skills in creative and communication, including ad copywriting, basic creative briefing, and clear verbal and written communication.
  • Skills in organization and collaboration, including time management, remote work discipline, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with common ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, data visualization tools) is beneficial.
  • A background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing, is preferred.
  • Certification in major ad platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint) is an advantage.
