BlueNest is a creative and e-commerce marketing agency. We work with brands that actually care how things look and sound, across DTC, lifestyle and fashion. We're looking for someone to own paid end to end and grow it into a proper service line.
The role
You'll run Meta and Google for our clients, building, launching, testing and scaling; and you'll own the numbers that come out of it. But this isn't a button-pushing seat. You'll sit across the whole growth picture: what the content team is shooting, what's going out over email, what the creative should be saying, and where the budget should go next. You'll be on calls with clients, presenting performance and making the case for what's next.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Day to day you'll work closely with our content lead and our email marketer, so the ads, organic and retention all pull in the same direction rather than running as three separate things.
The person who does well here is someone who's been running ads for a while and wants the next step — leading the full paid offer at an agency, with real say in how it's built.
You'll leverage all the latest AI-tools to make the role as efficient and creative as possible.
You should have
- Hands-on experience running Meta and Google campaigns with meaningful budgets, with results you can talk through
- A strong grip on organic social as well as paid — you're on these platforms constantly and you know what's working before it's a trend piece
- Genuinely good taste in social content, and opinions about why something performs
- The ability to work autonomously — we're small, nobody will be checking your task list
- Confidence with clients: running calls, explaining performance, pushing back when needed
- Real organisation. Multiple accounts, multiple budgets, nothing dropped.

The setup
Contractor to begin with, but this is a full-time commitment and we're looking for someone who wants to stay and build. As paid grows, this becomes the lead role for the service.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
