Own every paid channel at 8x, across four products and ten markets

Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and ChatGPT Ads, pointed at creator recruitment, B2B demand and new product launches. Small budgets on purpose: the job is finding what works before anyone spends real money. Hands in the account, not managing an agency.

What you will actually do

Run the accounts

  • Plan, launch and run campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and ChatGPT Ads, structured so every product and market can be read separately: an ad account per vertical under one MCC, consistent campaign and ad group naming, one UTM convention that everybody follows.

Decide where the next dollar goes

  • Cut what does not convert in days, not months.

Write and brief the creative

  • Statics, short video, ad copy, and the landing page sitting behind it. Our best performing creator ad so far was a plain static with blunt copy, so judgement matters more than production budget.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Localise per market

  • Work out when a market needs a different message rather than a translated version of the same one.

Own tracking end to end

  • Pixels, conversion actions, GA4, and the events an engineer has to wire for you. You are the person who refuses to switch a campaign on until the attribution can be trusted.

Report weekly, per product, in the open

  • Spend, cost per lead, cost per accepted creator or booked call, and the drop-off at each step from click to landing page to application to acceptance. Vertical leads make decisions off those posts.

Handle the unglamorous half

  • Business verification, ad account appeals, blocked domains, budget caps, billing, platform support.

You

Hands in the account

  • You have run paid yourself, not through an agency or a team under you.

Comfortable carrying it alone

  • You are the only paid person in the company and the number is yours.

Able to hold a lot at once

  • Four products and ten markets, without losing the thread on any of them.

Quick to change your mind

  • When the data says you were wrong you move, and you can say why in one sentence.

Not precious about scope

  • Some weeks are keyword research, some are arguing with Meta support, some are shooting a new creative angle yourself.

Years of experience matter less to us than an account you can show us and explain. If you turned something around, we want to know exactly why it worked.
