Paid Ads Manager Internship

Help scale the next big FemTech company. 🚀💜

LYNA is building an AI-powered women’s health platform connecting nutrition, hormones, symptoms, and personalised health insights.

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager Intern to help us turn LYNA’s early traction into scalable growth.

This is a 3-month paid internship where you’ll work directly with the founders and take hands-on ownership of paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.

What you’ll do

  • Set up, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns and budgets
  • Test different audiences, creatives, hooks, and messaging
  • Monitor CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS and other growth metrics
  • Build and optimise conversion funnels
  • Work with our creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale
  • Run structured A/B tests and document learnings
  • Help build LYNA’s paid acquisition strategy from the ground up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
