Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Ads Specialist at Smooth Voice Ai. The Paid Ads Specialist will plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified leads and demo bookings.
Daily Responsibilities
- Conducting audience and keyword research
- Creating and testing ad creatives and landing page messaging
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI

Skills & Experience
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads) and campaign management across search, social, and retargeting
- Skills in performance analysis, including proficiency with analytics tools, tracking (UTMs, pixels), A/B testing, and data-driven optimization for CPL and ROAS.
- Ability to develop ad strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel design, budget allocation, and alignment of campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills for ad headlines, descriptions, and offers, plus coordination with design resources for effective visuals and landing pages.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, document processes, and present clear performance reports.
- Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B lead generation is preferred; familiarity with AI products or marketing automation is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
