About the team

Customer Engagement is a central team within Bauer Audio UK, focused on helping the business sell audio advertising more effectively. The team uses systems, technology, data, and commercial messaging to support local sales teams, generate qualified leads, and improve commercial outcomes.

Your role:

  • Support and deliver the growth strategy for HitsRadioAdvertising.co.uk, driving high-quality B2B demand and qualified leads
  • Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, and email marketing across relevant channels
  • Optimize landing pages, content, and user journeys through CRO, testing, and experimentation
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and commercial KPIs including CPL, CPA, conversion, and pipeline contribution
  • Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and market share
  • Work closely with Customer Engagement and Local Sales teams to ensure lead quality and commercial alignment
  • Provide clear, data-led reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Use AI, automation, and data-driven optimization to improve campaign performance and accelerate learning
  • Ensure all activity follows Bauer brand guidelines and relevant OFCOM, data protection, and GDPR requirements

Your profile:

  • Experience in Growth Marketing, Paid Media, or Performance Marketing, with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation, buyer journeys, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on ROI and revenue
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with continuous testing and optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong interest in AI-driven marketing, automation, and emerging digital technologies
