About the Role
We're looking for a curious, creative self-starter to join us as a Content Creator Apprentice. This is a fully paid, 16-month apprenticeship delivered in partnership with Apprentify, combining real, live client work with structured learning towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
You won't be making tea and taking notes. From day one, you'll be embedded in our creative team, contributing to campaigns for real clients across sectors including insurance, financial services, and consumer brands, while building the skills, portfolio, and qualification to kickstart a career in content and marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning, writing, and production of content across written, visual, and audio formats
- Helping develop copy and creative assets for live advertising campaigns, working to real client briefs, budgets, and deadlines
- Learning how to adapt tone, messaging, and format for different audiences and platforms (social, display, video, and more)
- Collaborating with designers and account teams to bring campaigns to life
- Helping distribute and manage content across digital platforms
- Using data and performance insights to learn what makes content work, and refining based on results
- Keeping on top of what's trending across social and content platforms

What You'll Learn
Through the apprenticeship, you'll build core capability in:
- Content strategy: planning content aligned to briefs, objectives, and audience
- Copywriting and storytelling across multiple formats and channels
- Branding and content marketing principles
- Production workflows and cross-team collaboration
- Content distribution and channel management
- Using analytics to evaluate and improve content performance
You'll graduate with a Level 3 Content Creator qualification, a live portfolio of real client work, and a genuine head start on a career in creative content, copywriting, or social media.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in graphic design and content creation (professional experience isn't required)
- Strong written English and an eye for detail
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and take feedback
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
