About the role

This is a 4-month fixed-term contract, working 2–3 days per week.

Footballco is looking for an experienced Paid Content Manager to join our affiliate team. The position will require you to execute numerous global campaigns throughout the rest of the year across paid social, PPC, and arbitrage to attract high-intent users and drive conversion across our numerous affiliate verticals, such as ticketing, streaming, VPN, finance, and others. It will include videos, static posts, and it will require daily interaction with our internal teams, such as Affiliate, Client Services, Ad Operations, and Social, plus external clients. As a member of the Affiliate team, you will be surrounded by affiliate and conversion experts.

You will be based in London and will report to the Affiliate VP.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and implement third party support to scale and manage our paid content operations globally. You will be responsible for liaising with partners to ensure we get the engagement from them that we need and ensuring quality of service remains high.
  • Demonstrate platform expertise and develop content distribution strategies for internal teams and external clients. You will be the resident expert on all things paid content across the business.
  • Manage relationships with publishers, media vendors, and social vendors to maximize the performance of existing buys and stay current with new products/ features.
  • Continually test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and partnerships to evolve and improve our product offering.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionality for our website, apps, and family of products.
  • Strong budget management capabilities, ensuring channels remain within budget and hit performance KPIs.
  • Be curious, flexible, and willing to get involved in general business. You will sit in the affiliate team alongside content and partnership experts, developing ideas and managing our paid content audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
