Overview
Join our Product Marketing team and bring the Boden brand to life across paid social channels worldwide. You'll lead creative strategy across multiple platforms, creating inspiring content that attracts new customers and keeps our loyal audience engaged.
From insights and ideas to production, testing and optimisation, you'll own the paid social creative journey end to end.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.
What You Will Do
- Own the Paid Media Creative Strategy from ideation of creative through planning, production, shooting, to post-production
- Work closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager, completely understanding performance of different creatives and extracting learnings to feed into new ideas and shoots
- Support the Senior Product Marketing Manager in first-class selling strategy, to deliver an excellent omnichannel experience
- Work with the Organic Social team to turn social insights into action by utilising data learnings to drive relevancy and efficiency
- Defining briefing for influencers for paid social creative, working closely with the PR team
- Identify new opportunities to test, learn and maximise performance and successfully implement them
- Participate in content idea generation sessions
- Monitor platform developments, as well as keeping up to date with industry research, audiences and innovation

What We Are Looking For
- Paid media experience with a strong understanding of creative performance across social channels
- Social native with a strong understanding of current trends and how they can inform paid creative
- Creative and innovative approach to social media content creation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance insights into actionable creative learnings
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to share ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to getting things done
- Desire to produce high-quality work and continuously improve creative output
