Paid Digital Marketing Manager

£35,000–£45,000 FTE | 0.7 FTE or term-time only | Brighton

Want to take ownership of paid digital marketing for a growing travel business?

Voyager School Travel is a Brighton-based specialist in educational travel, providing overseas school trips and immersive language residentials for schools across the UK and Europe. We're part of the wider Class Tours Group, which also includes COGO, specialising in performing arts trips to Disneyland Paris, and Family Adventure Holidays.

We're entering an exciting period of growth, with new investment, new products and a 400-bed school Campus being built just outside Disneyland Paris.

We're looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition activity across the group – helping us build awareness, attract new audiences and turn paid traffic into enquiries and bookings.

You'll join a small, hands-on marketing team, so this is a role with both strategic responsibility and plenty of opportunity to get stuck into the detail.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage paid digital strategy across our brands
  • Manage PPC, Performance Max, paid social and display activity
  • Set budgets, objectives and KPIs and monitor performance
  • Analyse campaigns and continually optimise performance and ROI
  • Manage and challenge external PPC agencies
  • Develop our paid social activity and test new acquisition channels
  • Work with the Growth Manager on landing pages, customer journeys and conversion
  • Develop campaign messaging and write/adapt copy for paid search, social and other digital campaigns
  • Work with the wider marketing team on campaigns, CRM, product launches and new brands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
