Paid Influencer Campaign Manager
Location: The Busworks, 39-41 North Road, London N7 9DP
About the Role
Player Found is a specialist influencer marketing agency focused on the gaming sector. We work with video game publishers and entertainment brands globally to turn creators into dedicated fans. Our campaigns prioritize authentic engagement, supported by structured campaign operations, data, reporting, and clear client communication.
We're hiring a Campaign Manager to run our paid creator campaigns and to own the quality of what we pitch. This is a hybrid role: mostly day-to-day paid influencer campaign management, with a meaningful commercial element; qualifying inbound briefs, building pitch decks, and making sure what we sell is deliverable and on-strategy.
It will suit someone who has already run paid creator campaigns end to end and built their own decks, rather than someone who has only worked to someone else's template. You'll be hands-on from day one, working directly with clients, creators, and our sales team. There is progression to move up as the business grows, with a team lead role available in the near future.
What You'll Do
Paid Influencer Campaigns
- Own day-to-day delivery of paid creator campaigns from brief to final report.
- Scope campaigns: creator selection, rate negotiation, deliverables, timelines, and budget management.
- Handle contracting, briefing, asset approvals, and go-live scheduling with creators and their management.
- Track performance against agreed KPIs and adjust in-flight where campaigns need it.
- Own client facing material throughout: updates, reports, and post-campaign recommendations.
- Keep campaign budgets accurate and reconciled.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Pitching and Commercial
- Pre-screen and qualify inbound briefs.
- Build pitch decks: campaign concepts, creator recommendations, budget breakdowns, and projected outcomes.
- Review the sales team's pitch requests, sense-checking scope, pricing, and deliverability.
- Act as the bridge between what sales is selling and what campaigns can deliver, so proposals hold up once they're won.
- Feed learnings from delivered campaigns back into how we pitch.
Paid Ads Management (nice to have)
- Paid media experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, or programmatic (nice to have, not required).
What We're Looking For
You should:
- Have directly managed paid gaming influencer campaigns: negotiating rates, contracting creators, managing budgets, and reporting on results. Not just supporting someone who did.
- Have built pitch decks yourself, end to end, rather than populating a template someone else made.
- Understand the commercial side: how campaigns are priced, what good margin looks like, and why some briefs are worth chasing and others aren't.
- Be confident telling a salesperson that a pitch needs reworking, and able to explain why.
- Know the games industry and its creator ecosystem: platforms, formats, and what actually moves the needle around a game launch.
- Be organized and comfortable running several campaigns at different stages at once.
- Have strong written and verbal communication, and be confident client-facing from day one.
- Ideal background (open to others): In-house marketing at a games publisher or developer-publisher, where you owned influencer campaigns and pitched internally for budget. Agency experience is welcome, but we're particularly interested in people who've sat on the client side and understand how publishers think.
