We're looking for a Paid Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team, supporting the delivery and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across our global portfolio of live event brands.

This role sits within our paid marketing team, reporting into the Senior Paid Marketing Manager (Events) and working closely with the wider marketing, creative, and events teams to drive ticket sales and campaign performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in paid digital marketing. Previous experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital advertising platforms is a bonus, but not essential. We'll provide full training and give you the opportunity to develop the core skills needed to build a successful career in performance marketing.

From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real campaigns, learning how to launch, optimise, and scale paid advertising across some of the world's biggest social media platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the setup and launch of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Assisting with campaign management across our global portfolio of live event brands
  • Monitoring campaign performance and learning how to optimise results
  • Supporting audience research, targeting, and campaign testing
  • Assisting with reporting on campaign performance, including ticket sales, ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics
  • Working closely with the Senior Paid Marketing Manager to learn campaign optimisation strategies
  • Collaborating with our creative team to develop high-performing advertising creatives
  • Supporting the management of advertising budgets across multiple campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with Meta, TikTok, and paid social best practices
  • Working closely with the marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
