About TBCo

At TBCo, we create easy-to-style statement pieces designed to make an impact. As a B Corp certified brand, we believe in responsible retail, high-quality natural materials, and products that empower self-expression.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is creatively curious, culturally aware, and keen to build hands-on experience across content, social media, events, PR, and brand marketing within a fast-paced, growing brand.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Content teams, supporting everything from content creation and shoot production to social engagement, events, asset management, and campaign research.

This is a paid 3-month internship with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern at TBCo, you will:

  • Support the Content Team with photoshoots, including pre-production planning and tasking, shoot-day assistance, and post-production organisation.
  • Manage the photography studio and product samples, including tracking samples in and out, keeping them organised and well cared for, and ensuring the studio remains tidy, orderly, and ready for use.
  • Support the Marketing Team with event planning, including venue sourcing, guest outreach, gifting, prop sourcing, event set-up, and breakdown.
  • Help manage our growing library of creative assets, ensuring imagery and video are clearly named, tagged, filed, and easy for the wider team to access.
  • Resize, reformat, and organise visual assets for different channels and placements, ensuring the correct dimensions, file naming, and brand consistency.
  • Liaise with our PR agency to coordinate gifting, product samples, and other day-to-day PR requests.
  • Support the Social Media Team with community engagement, content tasking, and general channel support across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Support with copywriting across marketing channels, including social captions, newsletters, campaign messaging, and other brand communications.
  • Proofread marketing content to ensure spelling, grammar, links, and tone of voice are consistently on-brand.
  • Support the wider Marketing Team with day-to-day administration, including managing and responding to emails, coordinating requests, organising information, and helping keep projects moving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
