About CoinPoker

Welcome to CoinPoker, the innovative crypto-poker platform where advanced blockchain technology meets the thrilling world of online poker. At CoinPoker, we are revolutionizing the poker experience by offering fast, secure, and transparent gameplay. With recent substantial investment, we are poised to take over the online crypto-poker space and are expanding our team to support our growth.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media & Performance Marketing Manager to help grow CoinPoker’s paid user acquisition across key global expansion markets. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-ROI paid ad campaigns across programmatic networks and social media advertising platforms while navigating market compliance and localization requirements to drive regional player acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across programmatic platforms, direct media buys, and compliant social channels in assigned target markets.
  • Budget & ROAS Optimization: Manage regional paid media budgets, tracking performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA) to continuously maximize ROI and scale high-converting traffic sources.
  • Ad Localization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with creative and product teams to localize ad copy, banners, and landing pages—ensuring culturally relevant, natively translated assets and optimal conversion funnels for local markets.
  • Market Compliance & Tracking: Navigate regional advertising restrictions surrounding iGaming; maintain tracking links, postbacks, and analytics tools to monitor real-time campaign health and funnel performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
