We’re supporting an integrated marketing agency in Warwickshire as they look for a PPC Account Manager to join their search team. Working across leisure, automotive, retail, eCommerce and lead generation, the agency has a varied client portfolio and has recently won a significant new account. They’re looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck into campaigns, takes ownership of their work and brings ideas to the table.

The Role

Reporting to the PPC Manager, you’ll manage your own accounts and support the delivery of larger campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. This is a hands-on paid search role, covering Search, Shopping and Performance Max, with responsibility for campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting. You’ll manage budgets, monitor spend and performance against client objectives, and turn your analysis into clear recommendations. You’ll also build strong client relationships, present results and proactively investigate opportunities to improve performance. Paid social is handled by a separate team, although you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the agency to understand how paid search fits into the wider marketing mix.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
