We're proud to be partnering with a growing digital marketing agency that helps ambitious SMEs achieve measurable growth through smart, data-led marketing.

Working across paid media, SEO, website design, email marketing, content and digital strategy, they've built a reputation for delivering campaigns that don't just look good on paper, they genuinely move the needle for their clients.

With an experienced senior team, a collaborative culture and ambitious growth plans, they're now looking for a Performance / Paid Media Account Manager to join them.

The Role

This role would suit someone who already has a solid grounding in paid media and is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns and client relationships.

You'll manage a portfolio of accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads, helping clients achieve their objectives through thoughtful campaign planning, ongoing optimisation and clear performance reporting. You'll be trusted to spot opportunities, solve problems and make recommendations that improve results, whilst acting as a key day-to-day contact for your clients.

Day to day, you'll be involved in:

  • Managing and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Producing reports and presenting insights to clients
  • Managing campaign budgets and spend
  • Reviewing landing pages and conversion journeys
  • Working closely with SEO, content, web and creative specialists
  • Supporting strategy discussions and client growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with around three years' experience in paid media, ideally gained within an agency environment, who enjoys the combination of data, strategy and client communication that performance marketing brings.

You'll likely have experience with:

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
  • Performance reporting and campaign analysis
  • Lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
  • GA4 and conversion tracking
  • Budget management and campaign optimisation
  • Client communication and stakeholder management

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and genuinely excited about helping clients achieve better results.

Location

This is a hybrid role, with one day per week in Hertfordshire. It would therefore suit candidates based in or commutable from Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Harrow, North London, Uxbridge, Rickmansworth, and surrounding towns and cities to Hertfordshire.
