Digital Tonic are working with an award-winning paid media agency as they look to appoint a Paid Media Specialist.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a close-knit team that combines paid media expertise with advanced measurement to help brands make smarter, evidence-led marketing decisions.

The Role

As Paid Media Specialist, you’ll take ownership of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms, working with a varied portfolio of clients ranging from ambitious start-ups through to established brands.

You’ll be responsible for the ongoing management and optimisation of your accounts, translating each client’s commercial objectives into effective paid media strategies. You’ll analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure budgets are being invested in the areas most likely to produce meaningful results.

Alongside platform data, you’ll use the agency’s custom media mix modelling solution to develop a clearer picture of campaign impact and provide clients with practical, unbiased insights. This will give you exposure to a more sophisticated approach to measurement, particularly as traditional tracking and attribution become increasingly challenging within a privacy-first digital landscape.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
