Paid Media Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Account Manager to join our growing team at Honcho. You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads, Meta and other paid media channels, combining hands-on campaign management with reporting, analysis and strategic thinking.

This is a varied role for someone who understands the platforms but can also see the bigger commercial picture. You’ll build strong client relationships, present meaningful insights and work closely with our SEO, Content and Digital PR teams to deliver joined-up marketing strategies.

About Honcho

Honcho is an award-winning search marketing agency with more than 17 years of experience. We’ve worked with brands including eBay, WWE and ASUS and currently support established businesses such as Faith in Nature and Group 1 Automotive.

We encourage the team to test new ideas, question what is and isn’t working and use AI and automation to improve how we manage accounts and deliver results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, launching and managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns across a portfolio of clients
  • Setting up, managing and optimising product feeds for ecommerce accounts
  • Using GA4, advertising platform data and CRM information to identify performance gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Building strong client relationships and leading regular reporting calls
  • Preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews, with clear insights and recommendations
  • Reviewing campaign performance and providing practical advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our SEO, Content and Digital PR teams on integrated strategies
  • Supporting new business pitches and helping shape paid media strategies for prospective clients
  • Using and helping develop our in-house AI tools and automations
  • Testing new platform features and identifying opportunities that genuinely benefit client accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
