Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9-4pm Friday (Summer Friday finish 9-2pm)

Job purpose
We’re looking for a paid media account manager to join our UK team here at MikeWorldWide in our Farringdon Office. You’ll be key to activating our ideas and concepts across integrated media campaigns. You will join a fast-growing team working on a variety of B2C and B2B brands delivering paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple accounts, leading on performance optimization. You’ll be supported by senior members of the digital team as well as our global data and insights team and creative services. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on paid media specialist looking to take ownership of accounts and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day performance across paid search and paid social channels – optimizing campaigns and implementing data insights
- Lead client communication, providing recommendations on actionable insights, creatives, and paid media campaign activation
- Conduct in-depth account audits and performance reviews
- Develop and action campaign roadmaps
- Collaborate with insights and data team on company tech stack
- Confidently discuss paid media with clients, prospects, and partners
- Stay current on paid media tools and software updates
- Attend webinars or workshops to build skills (working with line manager to develop training plan for external courses)
- Brief and liaise with creative, insights, and account teams on client projects
What you have to have (Education and Experience Requirements):
- Hands-on experience of running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (TikTok, Pinterest, Bing nice to have)
- Experience identifying and utilizing data insights from Google Analytics as well as familiarity with tracking and attributing paid media results
- Strong analytical skills for performance analysis, with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to forecast and pace budgets against targets
- Strong client communication skills to present findings and explain optimizations and approaches where required
- Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously (delegating and managing to a wider team)
- A good understanding of testing and campaign strategy planning
